By accessing or using SubSpark ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. SubSpark is operated as an independent service and reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
SubSpark provides AI-powered automatic subtitle generation for video files. The Service uses third-party AI models (Groq Whisper) for transcription. We offer a free tier and paid plans as described on our pricing page.
You must create an account to download processed videos. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
You may not use SubSpark to process content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
You retain all rights to the videos you upload. By using the Service, you grant SubSpark a temporary license to process your content solely for providing the Service. We do not store your original videos after processing is complete.
SubSpark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SubSpark, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
